In her years of work experience and learning, as a Marriage and Family
Therapy Intern and as a Licensed Therapist and Counselor, Della has had the opportunity to work with children,
teenagers, couples, families and individuals on challenges they face in
their journey through life. Some of the issues she has worked with are;
Couples communications, adolescent issues, parenting struggles, grief
& loss and relationship issues. Her clients range from ages 5 to 65.
Her work with the client centers on the belief that the solutions to
many of a person's challenges lies within them. Her first goal in
therapy is to create an environment of safety and trust. Once this has
been established, her work with clients includes support and a
combination of various methods of psychotherapy that aim to assist them
in recognizing their strengths and capabilities and use these to
overcome their current challenges.
In addition to working with the community at Circles Counseling Services, Della also has her own Private Practice.
